Meet Gillian
Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Supervisor
Hi my name is Gillian, I am a psychotherapist, counsellor, supervisor. I trained in 2010 in Kent and have since undergone specialist training for working with eating disorders. For many years I have been running a busy practice in Kent where I saw clients nationwide for general issues as well as eating disorders and also have special interests in loss & grief, the menopause and life transitions.

I am now running my practice in central Exeter offering clients face to face sessions or online nationwide. I also offer walking & talking sessions in green or blue spaces near the coast.

My recent return to Devon after being away for many years is an absolute dream! When I am not working you will probably find me rediscovering some old horse riding haunts on Woodbury Common, walking the South West Coastal path or the beach at Exmouth with my beloved dog Cooper! Its an absolute joy to be near family again in this beautiful county. I hope that my training, experience and compassion will help you on your journey, recovery, discovery or what ever is overwhelming you at this time in your life. I look forward to meeting you!
